Manual method to export Zimbra contacts to Outlook

  • Open Zimbra and go to Preferences tab.
  • Click Import/Export option and select contacts.
  • Select Account contacts and choose the contacts.
  • Click on Export button.
  • Save the contacts as CSV file.
  • Now, open MS Outlook and hit File menu.
