Ok well my bro has this Ipod and for some reason, he bought three episodes of Family Guy. He synced the episode into the Ipod. But when he wanted to sync something else, the episodes came out. So I played with the sync options alittle bit and I got it to work. So if anyone can help me, could you explain how to do it please?
as soon as iTunes recognizes the iPod you have the option to chose the ipod where u can see its storage and bla bal bal... there u have some more options on the top like info, music etc. there u have to choose the video section or something and then u can make a tick which videos u wanna sync. Im not good at explaining but maybe you'll figure out x) lol
Also, make sure there's enough space in the device, though I don't think that is the problem. Never used one so hard to say, I prefer WMP anyway.
